Jurnal TnF8: Sesi bersama Pakar Nutrisi bertauliah.

Keistimewaan Trim and Fit by Wholesome Wellness Family (WWF) ni, kami ada Pakar Nutrisi. Certified one. And she is definitely practicing Nutritions at her workplace.


Nadia sekarang ada di New Zealand sebenarnya. Lepas habis belajar Nutritions di sana, dia ambil kontrak bekerja setahun dan kemudian berhasrat nak sambung Masters in Nutritions.

Dia sibuk sangat bekerja di sana sebab lagipun budaya di NZ memang kerja betul-betul masa working hours, then balik rumah rehat. Mereka memang encourage their people to have a good deep sleep. So that the next day, boleh bekerja dengan produktif lagi.

Bertepatan dengan konsep kami di Trim & Fit, tidur yang cukup juga merupakan salah satu rutin untuk peserta amalkan. Ada kaitan dengan kadar metabolisme badan tau. Kita nak kurus, kena sihat dulu. Bila badan sihat, cukup nutrisi, cukup air, cukup tidur segala cukup lah, baru la kadar metabolisme kita tinggi. Kalau kurus sebab sakit... tu tak bagus. Naudzubillah, elakkan.

So back to Nadia, even with her packed schedules, she managed to give time to coach us (in WhatsApp group of course). For example in week 4 previously, we learned about the difference between visceral fat and subcutaneous fat.


This program is DIY, by the way. So we can do, we can learn, we can loose weight and get desired body, from our own place! Workout pun design sendiri nak buat di rumah atau pergi gym. Mentors will guide how, ok..

Terkenang kembali. Hujung tahun 2015 kami mulakan Trim & Fit in 100 Days. I can still track my first blogpost dated Nov 2015. The first batch of 20 plus people from Team WWF. You all boleh refer label Jurnal TnF untuk baca postings berkaitan TnF Batch 1. Masa tu rajin mengarang di blog lagi.. lepas-lepas tu dah busy apa tah huhu

Batch 1 kami ada mix dengan guys tau. Untuk batch seterusnya, kami ambil feedback bekas peserta. That since ramai ladies yang nak join, and ramai request to separate from the guys group, thus batch 2 onwards we kicked out Azizan and Trim & Fit remains for ladies only group  until now 😆

Though, Master Azizan still contributes a lot in our offline programmes like hiking, running etc.. ini tak wajib for all to participate sebab masing-masing boleh design workout sendiri dan bukan semua duduk area Lembah Klang.

Itu lah I nak cakap, how effective our method in TnF ni. Even after 7 batch, we are constantly learning and revising. Participants are being fed not only with encouragements but knowledge!

Tinggal nak apply atau tak je. FYI, semua DIY tau in TnF ni. Tak ada buat strict diet atau tak makan nasik langsung berbulan-bulan tu. Cuma amalkan healthy eating habits dan healthy lifestyle.

Kami dah bantu ramai kawan dan keluarga untuk dapat berat dan bentuk badan impian.



Sekarang ni dah ada one group yang di fasa maintain dan kami yakin ramai lagi akan join.
