The first rule to reduce weight

Increase metabolism of the body FIRST.

  1. It is advised that you do not reduce your meal or number of meals taken right away.
  2. Exercise/work out a lot first but eat as usual at regular quantity and routine. Make sure the metabolism of the body has increased to a certain level. Do this for several weeks.
  3. When you are sure that your metabolism is high enough and stable, then only you start to reduce your meal to, for instant, half of your usual meal quantity.
  4. Keep exercising/working out as you usually do.
  5. This also applies if you want to replace your meals with supplement food such as the popular ones now in Malaysia like Jus Diet Mate 5, Cocoa Collagen, Herbalife etc.

  2. a ah.. sebab kalo ko terus kurangkan mkn nnt takde tenaga, bila takde tenaga, cane nk bakar lemak.. ok?

    Hehe.. zaman sekolah usah dikenang lagi.. Huuu.. rindu byk benda.. :(
